One, two, and three-person kayaks are available in sizes from 12' to 21' long. They have hard-chine, multi-chine and round-bottom boats. In addition to the canoes and kayaks they also offer rowing / sailing skiffs. One of their skiffs is 13' long with a
4' 2” beam. A sail can be added as an option to make this skiff a sailboat.
Their kits are complete and include virtually everything you need to build your boat.
Accessories include roof top carriers, seats, deck plates, compasses, cockpit covers, rowing accessories and paddles. They also offer a complete line of tools, epoxy,
fiberglass, plywood, stains, paints and an assortment of building hardware such as brass screws, washers and nails.
According to Chesapeake Light Craft, “Over 7,000 CLC boats have been completed by amateur builders all over the world, many of who have had no previous woodworking experience.”
Chesapeake Light Craft has been building boat kits since around 1992 and are located in Annapolis, Maryland.
