“bunkies” and cottages. Their 12' square Bunkie is a popular kit. You can add features to it like dormers, French doors and a bar window with a flower box. You can also add a porch
so that the cabin area is 8 ft. x 12 ft. and the porch area is 4 ft. x 12 ft. A 14' square
Bunkie is also available with a 5 ft. x 14 ft. porch and a 9 ft. x 14 ft. cabin.

Kits are available either precut or pre-assembled. In the precut kits, all components are precut
– doors and windows are pre-assembled. In the pre-assembled kit, the components are pre-assembled and the modules are ready to erect at your site. The Bunkie comes standard with spruce framing, a plywood floor and OSB roof sheathing. A cedar framing, floor and ceiling package is also available.
Instructional videotapes are included with their products or can be purchased from them beforehand. Summerwood is located in
