assemble. Assembly time will take 2 people approximately 4 to 8 hours depending
on the size of the playhouse and skill level.
And all the Amish Woodworks playhouses come in a variety of colors and
features so you can customize one for yourself.

Each playhouse is hand-crafted using the
the finest materials available. From pressure-treated 4 x 4 runners to
the 5/8" CDX plywood floor and #1 grade lumber.
Each starter home is solidly built to give many years of use as a
playhouse or storage facility.Two layers of
weather resistant paint cover 5/8" T-111 siding. The Georgia-Pacific
shingle roof even has a ornamental chimney. Standard homes include a
side door, child size double Dutch door, two windows, a heart window in
the Dormer, shutters and flower boxes.

screwdrivers, level, tape measure. And, you kan get

tools online now.
Skills Needed: Medium carpenter skills.
Areas of Difficulty: Preparing the grade and foundation
Estimated Time: 2 - 3 people approximately 1 to 2 days depending upon the
size (ideal weekend project).

Weight & Size Factors: Might require 2 or more people and / or equipment
to unload the bundles.

Three shipping methods are available:
| Method 1: Common Carrier to the closest
terminal near you.( Yellow Freight ). You could then go to the terminal
and pick it up. You would need either a full size pickup or a trailer
capable of handling roughly 1000 lbs. Method 2:
If you find a business near you that would agree to unload it for you
with a forklift.
Method 3: Shipped directly to your house. There is a
$55 charge above first two options for this
service. You will also need 1-2 people capable of unloading several 60lb
pieces. If you would like the lift gate service, where the entire unit
can be dropped off intact, there will be an additional $100 charge. |
