According to Workbench Billiards the Pool Table Kits include: Drawings, video
tape, hardware, genuine leather pockets, cloth, raw hardwood rails with
cushions, facings, feather stripes, shot sites, 3 slate pieces 1" thick (diamond
honed machined to 1/1000th of an inch) and set for clothing).
